基于J2EE平台房产管理信息系统的设计与实现

文档摘要：随着Internet的普及，信息化在经济增长中的作用日益显著，信息技术的有效运用对提高个企事业单位的经济效益，优化企事业单位资源配置，提高企事业单位核心竞争力，以及在未来拓展更大发展空间等方面起到举足轻重的作用。因此，管理者迫切需要一套适合自身企事业单位发展的管理信息系统来及时了解企事业单位信息，做出利于企事业单位快速发展的决策。本论文研究的主要内容是基于J2EE平台的管理信息系统的软件开发，探索开发基于J2EE平台的高效稳定、安全可靠、具有良好的可移植性和跨平台性的管理信息系统的方法。

Abstract：AlongwiththepopularityofInternet,theinformatizationinanincreasinglysignificantroleintheeconomicgrowthoftheeffectiveuseofinformationtechnologytoimprovetheeconomicbenefitsofenterprisesandinstitutions,opti-mizingtheresourcesdistributionofenterprisesandinstitutions,toimprovethecorecompetitivenessoftheenterprisesandinstitutions,andexpandthebiggerdevelopmentspaceinthefuturetoplayaveryimportantrole.Managers,therefore,ur-gentlyneedasetofsuitablefortheirownenterprisesandinstitutionsinthedevelopmentofmanagementinformationsys-temstounderstandenterprisesinformationintime,tomakeenterprisestherapiddevelopmentdecisions.Themaincon-tentofthisthesisresearchisamanagementinformationsystembasedonJ2EEplatformsoftwaredevelopment,toexplorethedevelopmentbasedonJ2EEplatformstableefficient,secureandreliable,goodportabilityandcross-platformmethodofmanagementinformationsystem.
