文档摘要：昆药集团股份有限公司代表了当今社会先进中药企业的发展水平,也是我国高新技术产业的重要组成部分.为了更好地评估医药企业价值,基于EVA估值模型理论,选取昆药集团年度财报数据,引入灰色预测模型对昆药集团未来营业收入进行预测,构建以EVA模型为基础,并考虑ESG因素的价值评估模型,进而得到考虑ESG因素后的企业价值,对企业价值进行了有效评估和客观衡量.研究结果表明,考虑ESG的EVA价值评估模型的误差率在合理区间内,验证了EVA模型对医药企业的价值评估的可行性,可为今后医药企业价值评估提供帮助.
Abstract：KPCPharmaceuticals,IncrepresentsthedevelopmentlevelofadvancedtraditionalChinesemedicineenterprisesintoday'ssocietyandisalsoanimportantcomponentofChina'shigh-techindustry.Inordertobetterevaluatethevalueofpharmaceuticalenterprises,basedontheEVAvaluationmodeltheory,theannualfinancialreportdataofKunyaoGroupwasselected,andagreypredictionmodelwasintroducedtopredictthefutureoperatingrevenueofKunyaoGroup.AvalueevaluationmodelbasedontheEVAmodelandconsideringESGfactorswasconstructed,andtheenterprisevalueconsideringESGfactorswasobtained.Theenterprisevaluewaseffectivelyevaluatedandobjectivelymeasured.TheresearchresultsindicatethattheerrorrateoftheEVAvalueevaluationmodelconsideringESGiswithinareasonablerange,whichverifiesthefeasibilityoftheEVAmodelforthevalueevaluationofpharmaceuticalenterprisesandcanprovideassistanceforfuturevalueevaluationofpharmaceuticalenterprises.
