国外档案人才教育体系分析及对我启示

文档摘要：文章从法国、英国、美国、加拿大欧美主要国家的档案人才教育情况入手，分析了欧美主要国家档案人才教育体系特点及优势。对比国外发达国家档案教育工作的发展情况，指出了我国档案教育存在的重理论、轻实践，教学内容单一，师资队伍力量薄弱等问题。借鉴欧美国家档案人才教育体系的优势，对我国和军队档案人才教育起到很好的启示。

Abstract：ThisarticlespickedfromFrance,Britain,theUnitedStates,Canada,andthemaincountriesinEuropeanalyzestheeducationalarchivespersonnelsituationofmaincountries,andthearchivesoftalenteducationalsystemcharacteristicsandadvantages.Contrastinthedevelopedcountriesarchiveseducationworkdevelopmentsitua-tion,topointoutthearchivaleducationexistedtopayattentionintheory,contempttopractice,singleteachingcontents,thestrengthofteachersteamisweakness,todrawlessonsfromEuropeandtheUnitedStatesnationalarchivestheadvan-tagesoftalenteducationalsystemofourcountryandthemilitaryeducationalpersonnelpossessesverygoodinspiration.
