文档摘要：锯齿线电场内部短路在线恢复技术是一种安全、可靠、经济、简便且有效的方法,利用外部多台电焊机与短路电场阴极相连,采用大电流快速熔断短路的锯齿线,无需机组停机检修,可大大降低经济损失,目前已在江苏某百万机组电厂多次应用,并且成功率在98％以上.
Abstract：Theonlinerestorationtechnologyforinternalshortcircuitsinthezigzagwireelectricalfieldofelectro-staticprecipitatorsisasafe,reliable,economical,andconvenientmethod.Multipleexternalelectricweldingma-chinesareconnectedtotheshort-circuitedcathodesoftheelectricalfield,andhighcurrentsareusedtoquicklyfusetheshort-circuitedzigzagwires.Thismethoddoesnotrequiretheownertostoptheoperationandmainte-nance,effectivelyreducingeconomiclosses.Ithasbeensuccessfullyappliedmultipletimesinamillion-unitpowerplantinJiangsuprovince,withasuccessrateofover98％.
