文档摘要：档案信息化建设的阶段性目标要及时做出相应调整,档案管理理论应不断地创新与发展,这是档案信息化建设发展的总趋势.促进文档管理向智能化方向发展,解决电子文件的智能化分类、整理;从单纯电子文档一体化发展为档案信息资源的集约化管理;积极推广云计算技术在档案信息化建设发展的应用;档案部门应注重来档案信息化建设发展标准的制定与人才的培养;才能建设具有强大功能档案信息共享平台,实现档案信息的社会化服务,以此推动档案事业实现跨越式发展.
Abstract：Thephasedtargetintheconstructionofarchivesinformatizaionshouldbemadethecorrespondingadjustmentintime,thetheoryofarchivesmanagementshouldbeinnovatedanddevelopeduninterruptedlyaswell,thisisthegeneraltrendintheconstructionanddevelopmentofarchivesinformatization.Thedocsmanagementispromotedtowardsthedevelopmentorientationofintellectualizationtosolvetheintelligentizedclassification&sortingfortheelectronicrecords;Fromthesimpleintegrationofelectronicrecordsdevelopedtotheintensivemanagementofarchivesinformationresource;Topromotethecloudcomputingtechnologypositivelyinapplicationoftheconstruction&developmentofarchivesin-formatization;Thearchivesdepartmentsshouldpayattentiontotheconstructionofarchivesinformatizationdevelopmenttodrawupthestandardsandtalentscultivation;Whichshouldbeabletobuildthepowerfulfunctionalplatformwitharchivesinformationsharing,torealizethesocializedserviceofarchivesinformatinsoastoachieveandpromoteagreat-leap-forwarddevelopmentinarchivalundertaking.
