酸化处理的聚酰胺粉方法测定巴西绿蜂胶粉中总黄酮
目的建立以酸化聚酰胺粉吸附黄酮测定巴西绿蜂胶粉中总黄酮的方法。方法将酸化聚酰胺粉吸附总黄酮, 经甲醇洗脱, 用经酸化的标准溶液制备标准曲线, 测定样品中的总黄酮。结果采用酸化聚酰胺粉吸附黄酮, 总黄酮在2.137~21.370 μg/mL(r=0.99956)范围内具有良好的线性关系, 平均加标回收率为98.9% (RSD=0.7%, n=9)。结论该方法有效提高总黄酮的洗脱效率, 回收率良好, 能够提升检测结果的准确性。
ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in Brazilian green propolis powder by acidizing polyamide powder washing. MethodsIn the method, the acidizing polyamide powder is acidified to adsorb the total flavonoids, and then eluted with methanol. Prepare standard curve with acidified standard solution to determine the total flavonoids in the sample. ResultsThe total flavonoid had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.137 to 21.370 μg/mL (r=0.99956), and the average recovery was 98.9% (RSD=0.7%, n=9). ConclusionThe method can improve the elution efficiency and recovery rate of total flavonoids, it can improve the accuracy of the test results.
