飞行检查在重庆市食品生产经营企业检查中的应用案例剖析
目的探索飞行检查方式在食品生产经营企业检查中应用的可行性。方法利用飞行检查方式对282家食品生产经营企业开展检查, 对开展情况进行汇总、梳理、对比分析。结果飞行检查与许可检查和日常检查相比, 具有显著的优点, 能够起到很好的互补作用。结论飞行检查运用于食品生产经营企业检查, 可有效弥补许可检查和日常检查的不足之处, 食品安全监管引入飞行检查方式能深入排查食品生产经营企业存在的质量安全风险, 帮助企业主动提升履行主体责任的意识。
ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility of applying flight inspection method in inspection of food production and operation enterprises. MethodsBased on unannounced inspection of 282 food production and trading enterprises, inspection details were summarized, sorted, comparatively studied, and analyzed. Results Compared with license inspection and daily inspection, unannounced inspection had remarkable advantages and could serve as a good complement to the former 2 inspection modes. ConclusionUnannounced inspection is used in the inspection of food production and operation enterprises, which can effectively make up for the deficiency of license inspection and daily inspection. The introduction of unannounced inspection in food safety supervision can thoroughly investigate the quality and safety risks in food production and operation enterprises, and help enterprises to take the initiative to enhance the awareness of the main responsibility.
