摘要：青岛地铁施工普遍采用盾构法施工,不同的地质情况对盾构刀盘形式、刀具选择及布置具有重大影响.青岛地铁7号线二期工程线路总长约16.8km,不同工区地质情况不同,刀具的选择也不尽相同,区间采用的土压平衡盾构,根据区间的地质特点,分析刀具的选择和配置,可作为类似工程的参考.
Abstract：ShieldconstructionmethodiscommonlyusedintheconstructionofQingdaoMetro,anddifferentgeologicalconditionshaveasignificantimpactontheformofshieldcutterhead,cutterselectionandarrange-ment.ThetotallengthofthePhasetwoprojectofQingdaoMetroLine7isabout16.8km,withdifferentgeologicalcondi-tionsindifferentengineeringsections,sotheselectionofcuttersisnotthesame.Earthpressurebalanceshieldisselectedforthesection,andaccordingtothegeo-logicalcharacteristicsofthesection,theselectionandconfigurationofcuttersareanalyzed,whichcanbeusedasareferenceforsimilarprojects.
