摘要：针对远程火箭炮打击平台未来面临多战场环境下作战考验的问题,提出一种运用云模型的评估方法.在构建远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能评估指标体系的基础上,评估在不同战场环境下远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能;通过实验证明复杂战场环境对远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能发挥产生影响.实验结果表明:该方法能够对摸清远程火箭炮打击平台在不同战场环境下作战能力底数,改进远程火箭炮打击平台装备发展及为部队有针对性应用实践提供支撑.
Abstract：Aimingattheproblemthatthelongrangerocketartillerystrikeplatformwillfacethebattletestinthemultibattlefieldenvironmentinthefuture,anevaluationmethodusingcloudmodelisproposed.Onthebasisofbuildingtheoperationaleffectivenessevaluationindexsystemofthelong-rangerocketartillerystrikeplatform,theoperationaleffectivenessofthelong-rangerocketartillerystrikeplatformindifferentbattlefieldenvironmentsisevaluated;Experimentsshowthatthecomplexbattlefieldenvironmenthasanimpactontheoperationaleffectivenessofthelong-rangerocketartilleryattackplatform.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthismethodcanprovidesupportforfindingoutthebaseofthecombatcapabilityofthelong-rangerocketartilleryattackplatformindifferentbattlefieldenvironments,improvingtheequipmentdevelopmentofthelong-rangerocketartilleryattackplatformandthetargetedapplicationpracticeofthearmy.
