Asanewformofdiplomacy,publicdiplomacyintheworldscopeismoreandmoreemphasizedandalsoincreasinglybecomethehotspotoftheacademiccircles.AsthechangesofTheTimesanddevelopment,thesoftstrengthcombinedwithhardpowerinthecompetitioninoverallnationalstrengthincreasinglyprominentrole.Thedevelopmentofpublicdiplomacycanprovidesoftpowerwithmoreenergy,andisevenmoretobeseenasimportantcomponentofforeign"softpower".Thispaper,throughthemainconceptpaperpublicdiplomacyandcontent,analyzestheroleofpublicdiplomacy,toclearupthepublicdiplomacyofthesoftpoweroftheimportanteffect.Analyzethemechanismofthesoftpowertopublicdiplomacy,andthroughtherationaldialogueinothercountriestorealize'understandingofChina.AndanalyzethecurrentdevelopmentofChinesepublicdiplomacy,soaclearunderstandingofourcurrentproblemsandthereasonsfortheshortcomingswillbecomeup,andactivelystudymeasurestoenhanceChinesesoftpower.Bygettingridoftheshacklesoftheoldgovernmentarrangedconcepts,conceptofemancipatingthemind,improvetheorganizationconstruction,miningthesoftpowerresources,increasetheconversioneffortstostrengthenthelegalconstructionofpublicdiplomacyandothermeanstoenhanceourcountry'spublicdiplomacycapabilities,therebyenhancingthecountry'ssoftpower.
