2015~2019年度婴幼儿谷类辅助食品监督抽检结果统计与分析
目的分析2015~2019年度婴幼儿谷类辅助食品安全整体状况, 了解主要的不合格指标。方法从国家市场监督管理总局网站收集2015~2019年度婴幼儿谷类辅助食品监督抽检公告资料, 对抽检结果进行统计与分析; 合格率的比较采用卡方检验分析。结果从2015年到2019年度4月上旬, 共抽检样品1773批次, 总批次合格率为92.39%。2015年抽检合格率最低为89.50%, 其他年度抽检合理率均高于93%。中国大陆婴幼儿谷类辅助食品生产企业的产品抽检合格率为92.83%, 高于其他食品生产企业的合格率87.23%。不合格项目主要为维生素类指标和钠。结论我国市售婴幼儿谷类辅助食品合格率较高, 总体呈平稳向好趋势。
ObjectiveTo analyze the results of the national food safety supervision and sampling inspection on cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children in 2015-2019, and to understand the main unqualified issue. MethodsThe results of national supervision and sampling inspection on cereal-based complementary food in 2015-2019 were collected from China Food and Drug Administration website and database for statistics and analysis. The qualification rates were compared and analyzed with the chi square test. ResultsA total of 1773 batches of cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children were tested during 2015 to early April 2019, and the general batch qualification rate was 92.39％. The qualification rate of 2015 was the lowest with 89.50%. And the rates of other years were all higher than 93%. The qualification rate of products from mainland producers was 92.83%, which was higher than the rate 87.23% from others. The main unqualified nutrients items were vitamins and sodium. ConclusionThe general qualification rate of commercial cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children is high in China, which has stable and better trend.
