气相色谱-串联质谱法检测植物源性食品中83种农药残留
目的建立气相色谱-串联质谱法(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, GC-MS/MS)检测植物源性食品中测定83种农药残留的分析方法。方法样品经过匀浆, 加入乙腈后冷藏, 采用优化的QuEChERS法提取净化, 浓缩后丙酮复溶, 在动态多反应监测模式(dynamic multiple reaction monitoring mode, dMRM)下进行检测, 外标法定量。结果该方法一针25 min内完成83种目标化合物的分离分析, 在0.0125~0.600 μg/mL范围内, 83种农药线性良好, 相关系数大于0.996。取草莓、豇豆、空心菜、芹菜空白基质, 添加50 μg/kg浓度水平的加标实验, 结果超过95%的农药平均回收率在60.2%~135.2%, 重复性RSD<10%(n=6)。结论该方法前处理简单, 快速, 方法准确度、灵敏度满足定量分析的要求, 适用于植物源性食品中农药多残留的日常快速检测。

ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of 83 kinds of pesticides residues in plant-derived by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). MethodsThe samples were homogeneitied, extracted by acetonitrile at first, and then refrigerated for a moment, purified by the improved QuEChERS method, and redissolved by acetone after concentrated. The sample was analyzed by dynamic multiple reaction monitoring (dMRM), and quantified by external standard method. ResultsThe separation and analysis of 83 target compounds were completed within 25 min in a single needle. In the range of 0.0124?0.600 μg/mL, the mass concentration of 83 pesticides showed a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient more than 0.996. Samples of strawberry, cowpea, swamp cabbage, apium were taken as blank substrate respectively, and standard experiment was carried out at the concentration of 50 μg/kg, More than 95% of pesticides’s average recovery ranged from 60.2%?135.2%, and the relative standard deviations were all less than 10% (n=6). ConclusionThis method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, which can be used for simultaneous detection of pesticides residues in plant-derived in the routine analysis.
