我国奶嘴企业自我声明标准现状分析
目的为分析我国奶嘴企业标准基本情况及关键指标的现状水平。方法采用标准文本分析法, 对我国奶嘴企业标准基本情况和理化指标、规格尺寸、耐热性能等关键指标进行了分析。结果从奶嘴企业标准基本情况来看, 奶嘴企业标准数量较少, 仅公开声明19项, 与奶嘴企业数量不匹配; 从理化指标对比来看, 奶嘴企业标准不符合国家强制性标准的比例较高, 涉及4项企业标准, 不符合率为21.05%; 4项(21.05%)企业标准的理化指标优于国家强制性国家标准; 从质量指标对比来看, 9项(47.37%)企业标准规定了独有的规格尺寸指标, 15项(78.95%)企业标准规定了独有的耐热性能指标, 但各企业间质量指标要求差距较大。结论目前仍有部分奶嘴企业标准存在不符合国家强制性标准的问题, 企业标准质量指标水平参差不齐。建议企业产品标准信息公共服务平台加强对企业标准的管理、企业增强自我主体意识, 行业和企业加强企业自我声明标准的内、外部评价体系的建设。
ObjectiveTo analyze the overall situation of China's nipple enterprise standards and the key indicators in them. MethodsBy using the standard text analysis methods, the overall situation, physical and chemical indicators, specification and dimension, heat resistance abilities were analyzed. Resultsaccording to the overall situation of enterprise standards, the number of enterprise standards is limited, only 19, which is far below the number of nipple enterprises. Comparing the physical and chemical indicators, unconformity of physical and chemical indicators in enterprise standard is high, reaching 4 standards (21.05%). 4 (21.05%) enterprise standards on physical and chemical indicators are superior to the national mandatory national standards. Regarding to the quality indicators, 9 (47.37%) enterprise standards have rules on the index of specification and dimension, 15 (78.95%) enterprise standards have rules on the heat resistance abilities, but the enterprise standard quality indicators requirements differ greatly. ConclusionAt present, some enterprise standards of nipple do not meet the national mandatory standards, and the quality index level of enterprise standards is uneven. It is suggested that the information public service platform of enterprise product standards should strengthen the management of enterprise standards, enterprises should enhance their sense of self-subject, and the industry and enterprises should strengthen the construction of internal and external evaluation systems of enterprise self-declaration standards.
