基于模糊层次分析法的部队生鲜食品冷链物流供应商评价
目的建立生鲜食品冷链物流服务质量评价模型。方法从影响冷链物流发展的诸多因素中筛选出适用于部队特殊需求的关键影响因素, 运用模糊层次分析法建立相应的评价模型。结果运用该模型对部队某一生鲜食品冷链物流供应商进行评分, 最终综合评价等级为“良”。结论所采用的定量数学评价模型使得以往受主观因素制约的评价结果变得更加科学、客观与全面, 为部队下一步生鲜食品冷链物流供应商选择提供参考。
ObjectiveTo establish a service quality evaluation model for fresh food cold chain logistics. MethodsThe key factors which were suitable for the special needs of troops were selected from many factors which affected the development of cold chain logistics. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process was used to establish the corresponding evaluation model. ResultsThe model was used to score a fresh food cold chain logistics supplier in the army, and the final comprehensive evaluation grade was “good”. ConclusionThe adopted quantitative mathematical evaluation model makes the evaluation results restricted by subjective factors become more scientific, objective and comprehensive, which providing reference for the selection of fresh food cold chain logistics suppliers in the next step
