神经内科重症患者的食物不耐受饮食护理研究
【】目的:探讨神经内科重症患者的食物不耐受的饮食护理价值。方法:收集2015年1月至2017年12月我院神经内科收治的重症食物不耐受患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,试验组根据食物不耐受结果给予针对性饮食护理。观察两组患者治疗效果、生存质量、神经功能评分及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗后有效率、日常生活能力评分和生活质量评分高于对照组,并发症发生率和神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,

Objective: To investigate the dietary nursing in critically patients in neurology department of food intolerance. Methods: 100 patients with severe food intolerance were admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment, and the experimental group was given targeted dietary nursing according to the results of food intolerance. The therapeutic effect, quality of life, neurological function score and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the effective rate, daily living ability score and quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications and neurological deficit score were lower than those of the control group.
