高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量的不确定度评定
目的评定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)测定茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量方法的不确定度。方法按照测量不确定度的方法和程序, 分析不确定度的来源, 并对HPLC-MS/MS法测定茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量的不确定度各分量进行量化与合成。结果当茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量为0.12 mg/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为0.04 mg/kg, 甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量表示为(0.12±0.04) mg/kg (k=2)。结论影响其不确定度的主要因素为系列标准溶液的配制、重复性实验和标准储备溶液的配制等过程, 本方法可为高效液相色谱-串联质谱法的不确定评定提供依据。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of emamectin benzoate residues in the water bamboo by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).    MethodsAccording to the method and program of uncertainty measurement, the sources of uncertainty were analyzed, and each component of uncertainty was quantified and synthesized. ResultsThe expanded uncertainty was 0.04 mg/kg when emamectin benzoate content in water bamboo was 0.12 mg/kg, the result was expressed as (0.12+0.04) mg/kg (k=2). ConclusionThe preparation of standard series of solutions, repeatability experiments and preparation of standard reserve solution are found to be the main sources of uncertainty. This study can provide references for uncertainty evaluation of HPLC-MS/MS analysis.
