QuEChERS-气相色谱法同时测定大米中10种有机磷农药残留量
目的建立一种QuEChERS前处理技术结合气相色谱法同时测定大米中10种有机磷农药(甲拌磷、地虫硫磷、除线磷、对氧磷、甲基嘧啶磷、地毒磷、异柳磷、杀扑磷、灭菌磷、乙硫磷)残留量的方法。方法样品经QuEChERS方法净化后浓缩, 经Agilent HP-5色谱柱分离, 以火焰光度检测器检测, 峰面积外标法定量。结果10种有机磷农药在0.050~1.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r2不小于0.995); 平均加标回收率为70.03%~104.20%, 精密度为3.31%~10.44% (n=6)。方法检出限均小于0.12 mg/kg。结论该法样品处理快捷, 重复性、稳定性和灵敏度好, 可用于大米中有机磷农残的检测。
ObjectiveTo establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues (phorate, fonofos, dichlofenthion, paraoxon, pirimiphos-methyl, trichloronate, isofenphos, methidathion, ditalimfos and ethion) in rice by QuEChERS pretreatment with gas chromatography (GC). MethodsThe rice samples were cleaned up with the method of QuEChERS, concentrated then separated by an Agilent HP-5 column, detected by flame photometric detector (FPD), and quantified by the peak area external standard method. ResultsTen kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had good linear relationships in the range of 0.050-1.0 μg/mL(r2≥0.995), the average recoveries of 10 kinds of pesticides were 70.03%-104.20% with the precision of 3.31%-10.44% (n=6). The limits of detection (LODs) were below 0.12 mg/kg. ConclusionThis method has rapid processing of samples, good reproducibility, stability and sensitivity, which is suitable for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice.
