对我军《膨胀土地区营房建筑技术规定试行》修订中几个问题的探讨
摘要:该文根据多年来广泛调研与实践经验，对膨胀土的初判值自由膨胀率δef采用同一指标值提出不同意见，并提出详判指标及其应用范围以供参考。指出《膨胀土地区建筑技术规范》GBJ112-87胀缩变形量计算与实测中存在着矛盾，并提出解决矛盾的的设想。该文还对砂垫层与砂包基础的作用提出了看法。
Abstract:On the basis of wide investigations and practical experiences for many years, the free expansive rate, δef, being more than or equal to 40% and used as an universal index of initial judgement is considered not suitable enough for various expansive soil areas, and the indexes for intensively determinating including their applicable scope are put forward. The values of ground deformtion due to swelling and shrinkage calculated according to the Technical Specification for Buildings in Expansive Soil Area( GBJ 112-87 )are found to be of difference from the measurements, and a suggestion for solving the problem is given herein. The functions of the cushion and the sand pocket foundation are also analysed.
