上海仙霞杜家宅高层建筑群基坑开挖监测分析
摘要:本文通过对上海仙霞杜家宅六幢26层高层住宅楼基坑开挖施工的现场监测，对在上海软土中进行基坑开挖，采用钢板桩加拉锚和钢板桩加钢筋混凝土支撑桩，作为基坑围护措施时土压力分布和围护的稳定性，进行了实测和计算分析，并对基坑后土体、邻近地下管线和建筑物在打桩结束、井点降水、基坑开挖和基础浇底期间位移变化进行了分析。
Abstract:The anchored sheet pile wall and reinforced concrete pile supported sheet pile wall were used in excavations of six twenty-six storey buildings in downtown Shanghai. Earth pressures on sheet pile walls are calculated and the stability of the support systems are evaluated. Displacements of the soils behind sheet pile walls, the nearby underground pipes and buildings were carefully monitored from the finish of pile driving to the foundation construction.
