Abstract:Discussed the Columb-Rankine theory and its limitations, calculating separately and combined for soil-watet pressure, the relationship between soil-water pressure and retaining structure, the effect on soil pressure of soil property. And simply discussed tbe problem of concept design of geotechnical engineering.
