摘要：中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司3.1Mt·a-1渣油加氢装置已成功完成14个周期运转,第十四周期装置A列实现了625天的长周期运转,创造了装置开工运行以来最长运转记录.基于之前多个周期运转经验,装置A列第十四周期通过采用S-RHT渣油加氢催化剂体系和优化的S-Fitrap级配以及平稳操作保障了装置的长周期稳定运行.运行结果表明,加氢产品的硫、残炭、金属及氮含量均满足下游生产要求,渣油加氢催化剂及其级配体系表现出了良好的加氢活性和稳定性,对原料油性质波动具有较强适应性.
Abstract：3.1Mt·a-1residuehydrotreatingunitinSinopecHainanRefiningandChemicalCo.,Ltd.hassuccessfullycompleted14cyclesofoperation,andthe14thcycleunitAcolumnhasachieved625dlongcycleoperation,creatingthelongestoperationrecordsincethestartofoperationoftheunit.Basedontheexperienceofmanypreviouscycles,the14thcycleoftheunitAcolunnensuresthelong-termstableoperationoftheunitthroughtheuseofS-RHTcatalystsystemandoptimizedS-Fitrapgradingsystem,aswellassmoothoperation.Theresultsshowthatthecontentsofsulfur,carbonresidue,metalandnitrogenofthehydrogenatedproductsmeettherequirementsofdownstreamproduction,andtheresiduehydrotreatingcatalystanditsgradingsystemshowgoodhydrotreatingactivityandstability,andhavestrongadaptabilitytothefluctuationsoffeedstockproperties.
