补骨脂种子提取物对烟草促生长作用研究

摘要：考察了补骨脂种子提取物对烟草促生长作用,为补骨脂种子提取物作为植物生长调节剂的应用提供理论参考.通过盆栽实验探究不同浓度补骨脂种子提取物对烟草生长指标的影响,通过生理生化方法测定补骨脂种子提取物处理后烟草叶片的叶绿素含量及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性.结果表明:当补骨脂种子提取物稀释2000倍液时促烟草生长效果最佳,烟草的株高、地上鲜重、地上干重、地下鲜重、地下干重均达到最大值;同时植物体内叶绿素含量及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性显著提高.
Abstract：TheeffectofPsoraleacorylifoliaL.seedextractontobaccogrowthwasinvestigated,whichprovidedsometheoreticalreferenceforapplyingPsoraleacorylifoliaL.seedextractasaplantgrowthregulator.TheinfluencesofdifferentconcentrationsofPsoraleacorylifoliaL.seedextractontobaccogrowthindexeswereinvestigatedbypotexperiment.ThechlorophyllcontentandSOD,POD,CATandotherantioxidantenzymeactivitiesoftobaccoleavesweredeterminedbyphysiologicalandbiochemicalmethods.TheresultsshowedthatwhentheextractofPsoraleacorylifoliaL.Seedextractwasdilutedby2000times,thegrowthoftobaccowasthebest,theplantheight,abovegroundfreshweight,abovegrounddryweight,undergroundfreshweightandundergrounddryweightoftobaccoreachedthemaximum;andthechlorophyllcontentandtheactivitiesofantioxidantenzymessuchasSOD,POD,andCATinplantsweresignificantlyincreased.
