摘要:该文提出一种双有源桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器的多级离散扩展移相(MD-EPS)控制,旨在提升DABDC-DC变换器系统的动态响应性能.同时,考虑效率优化,兼顾额定功率范围、输出电压纹波等性能指标,研究MD-EPS控制的离散参数分布方式对控制性能的影响及参数设计方法.通过搭建160W小功率实验样机对MD-EPS的控制性能进行了验证.实验结果表明,与传统扩展移相控制相比,DABDC-DC变换器的MD-EPS控制能够大幅提升变换器系统的动态响应速度(响应时间缩短99.95%),最高效率为94.54%.

Abstract:TheDC-DCconverterplaysapivotalroleinrenewableenergysystemsbyservingasaninterfaceconverterconnectingtheDCbusandenergystoragedevices.Theapplicationdemandsafastdynamicresponsetoaccommodateloadfluctuations,voltagedrops,orotherexternaldisturbances.Therefore,amulti-stagediscreteextended-phase-shift(MD-EPS)controlmethodisproposedforDABDC-DCconverters,consideringpeak-to-peakvaluecurrentoptimizationduringthecontroldesign.Thus,theproposedMD-EPScontrolcanachievebothafastdynamicresponseandhighefficiencyacrossawideloadrange.Firstly,thispaperprovidesacomprehensiveintroductiontotheprincipleofMD-EPScontrol.Differentfromconventionallinearcontrolmethods,theproposedMD-EPScontrollerhas(m-1)leveloutputvoltagereferencesUref,j(j=1,…,m-1,andmisanevennumber),dividingtheoutputvoltageintomoutputvoltageintervals.Eachintervalcorrespondstopresetfixedinner/outerphase-shiftdutyratiosignalsD1,jandD2,j.Atthebeginningofeachswitchingcycle,theoutputvoltageUoissampledandcomparedwithm-1levelUref,jtodeterminetheinstantaneousoutputvoltage'scorrespondingintervalwhenUo∈,D1(D1=D1,j)andD2(D2=D2,j)areselectedastheactivephase-shiftdutyratiosignalsforthecurrentswitchingcycle.Secondly,thecontrolparameterdesignmethodispresentedusingthe4-leveldiscreteextended-phase-shift(4LD-EPS)controlledDABDC-DCconverterasanexample.Theratedpowerrange,outputvoltageripple,andpeakcurrentoptimizationareconsideredduringtheparameterdesign.Thirdly,thesteady-stateperformance,dynamicperformance,andinterferenceimmunityofthe4LD-EPScontrolledDABDC-DCconverterareexploredbytheoreticalanalysisandsimulationverification.Finally,thecontrolperformanceoftheproposedconverterisverifiedbya160Wlow-powertestprototype.Theexperimentalresultshighlightaremarkableimprovementinthedynamicresponseoftheconvertersystem,witha99.95%reductioninrecoverytimeandamaximumefficiencyof94.54%.Thefollowingconclusionscanbedrawnthroughthetheoreticalandexperimentalanalysis:(1)TheproposedMD-EPScontroloffersasimplecontrolprinciple,easeofimplementation,fastdynamicperformance,andhighreliability.Moreover,comparedwithconventionalPWM-EPScontrol,theproposedMD-EPScontroleliminatestheneedforanerroramplifierandcorrespondingcompensationcircuits.(2)TheproposedMD-EPScontrolledDABDC-DCconvertereffectivelyminimizescurrentpeakvalues,therebyachievinghighefficiency.
