摘要：[目的]探究改良森吉米尔法连续热镀锌生产线上高强支架钢表面针状漏镀缺陷的产生机理,提出相应的控制措施.[方法]通过激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜等对针状漏镀缺陷的形貌特征和元素分布进行了分析.[结果]漏镀缺陷在带钢表面随机分布,呈黑色针眼状.在漏镀缺陷的亚表面存在Cr、Mn等合金元素富集现象,这些合金元素在带钢表面发生外氧化,使得表面可镀性下降,从而产生针状漏镀缺陷.[结论]在明火加热段对带钢预氧化,以及在退火段促进合金元素发生内氧化,可以有效预防针状漏镀缺陷的产生.
Abstract：Theformationmechanismofneedle-likeskipplatingdefectonthesurfaceofhigh-strengthsteelbracketappearinginthemodifiedSendzimircontinuoushot-dipzinccoatinglinewasdiscussedandsomecorrespondingcontrolmeasureswereproposedinthispaper.Themorphologyandelementdistributionatthepositionofneedle-likeskipplatingdefectwereanalyzedbylaserscanningconfocalmicroscopy(LSCM)andscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).Theneedle-likeskipplatingdefectswererandomlydistributedasblackpinholesonthesurfaceofsteelstrip.AsignificantenrichmentofalloyelementssuchasCrandMnwasfoundonthesubsurfaceoftheskipplatingposition.Thesealloyelementsunderwentexternaloxidationonthesurfaceofsteelstrip,leadingtoadecreaseintheplatabilityofitssurface,resultinginskipplatingfinally.Theskipplatingofsteelstripcanbeeffectivelypreventedbyconductingpre-oxidationofsteelstripduringheatingphaseinopenfire,aswellaspromotingtheinternaloxidationofalloyelementsduringannealingphase.
