大型水厂配水泵房自动控制系统设计与应用

摘要：为实现大型水厂配水泵房内众多设备之间的复杂联锁控制,以及配水泵机组的出口压力精准调控,设计了一套自动控制系统.在系统的硬件设计中,通过PLC硬冗余、双纤工业环网和子环网的形式增强了系统的稳定性及可靠性.结合详细的控制策略和PID算法编制系统的软件程序,该自动控制系统已稳定运行3个月,实际运行表明,该自动控制系统联锁控制准确可靠,水压控制精度高,较大程度地提高了配水泵房工艺单元的自动化水平,具有较强的实用价值及借鉴意义.
Abstract：Toachievecomplexinterlockingcontrolamongnumerousequipmentinthewaterdistribu-tionpumproomofalargewaterplant,aswellasprecisecontroloftheoutletpressureofthewaterdistri-butionpumpunit,anautomaticcontrolsystemhasbeendesigned.Inthehardwaredesignofthesystem,thestabilityandreliabilityofthesystemareenhancedthroughPLChardredundancy,dualfiberindustrialringnetwork,andsubringnetwork.CombiningdetailedcontrolstrategiesandPIDalgorithmtodevelopsoftwareprogramsforthesystem,theautomaticcontrolsystemhasbeenrunningstablyfor3months.Ac-tualoperationshowsthattheinterlockingcontroloftheautomaticcontrolsystemisaccurateandreliable,withhighprecisioninwaterpressurecontrol,greatlyimprovingtheautomationleveloftheprocessunitinthewaterdistributionpumproom.Ithasstrongpracticalvalueandreferencesignificance.
