高效包埋好氧颗粒污泥在农药废水处理中的应用研究

摘要：为了高效处理有毒有害的农药废水,研究了包埋好氧颗粒污泥对实际农药废水的处理效果,并对比了包埋好氧颗粒污泥、市政好氧污泥及两者混合体系在实际农药废水活性污泥法处理中的表现.结果表明:在实际农药废水处理中,市政好氧污泥的硝化速率和COD降解速率分别为0.67mg/(g·h)和3.54mg/(g·h),两者混合体系的平均硝化速率和COD降解速率分别为5.0mg/(g[包埋颗粒]·h)和49.05mg/(g[包埋颗粒]·h),而包埋好氧颗粒污泥的平均COD降解速率为91.14mg/(g[包埋颗粒]·h),并且具有更好的硝化性能,平均硝化速率为18.8mg/(g·h).包埋好氧颗粒污泥对农药废水表现出较强的耐冲击负荷能力,说明了包埋好氧颗粒污泥的投加对提高农药废水氨氮降解效果显著.
Abstract：Inordertoefficientlytreattoxicandharmfulpesticidewastewater,thetreatmenteffectofactualpesticidewastewatertreatmentbyembeddedaerobicgranularsludgewasstudied,theperformanceofembeddedaerobicgranularsludge,municipalaerobicsludge,andmixtureoftheabovetwokindsofsludge,onactualpesti-cidewastewatertreatment,wascompared.Theresultsshowedthat,inactualpesticidewastewatertreatment,thenitrificationrateandCODdegradationratewere0.67mg/(g·h)and3.54mg/(g·h)re-spectively,theaveragenitrificationrateandCODdegradationrateofmixedsludgewere5.0mg/(g·h)and49.05mg/(g·h)respectively.TheaverageCODdegradationratebyembeddedaerobicgranularsludgewas91.14mg/(g·h),whichshowedthattheembeddedaerobicgranularhadbetternitrificationperformancewithaveragenitrificationrateof18.8mg/(g·h).Theembeddedaerobicgranularsludgeshowedstrongimpactloadresistancecapacity,indicatingthattheadditionofaerobicgranularsludgesignificantlyimprovedthedegradationefficiencyofammonianitrogeninpesticidewastewater.
