Abstract：Theplanningandconstructionofadigitalplatformforsubwaymaintenanceandconstructionproductionbusinesswereexploredandstudied,aswellasforthecorrespondingfullprocessproductionbusinessmanagement.Thebusinessgeneratedbysubwaymaintenanceandconstructionwascomprehensivelyreviewed.Thedesignanddevelopmentofadigitalmanagementplatformwerespecificallyelaborated.Thedevelopeddigitalmanagementandcontrolplatformfortheentireprocessofsubwaymaintenanceconstructionhasbeenappliedinacertainsubwaymaintenancecompany,improvingtheproductionefficiencyandoverallprocesscontrolefficiencyofsubwaymaintenance.Theplanningandconstructionplanofthedigitalmanagementandcontrolplatformcanprovidereferencefortheconstructionofdigitalplatformsrelatedtoconstructionmanagementinthesubwayindustry.
