关于普通弹头自动装配一体化的研究

摘要：针对普通枪弹弹头成型工序多,生产自动化程度低,设备、人员繁多等问题,对普通弹头进行自动装配一体化研究.在分析和研究弹头的组成结构、现有的弹头装配工艺及其技术的各种问题后,设计弹头自动装配机的结构单元及相应的控制系统,将6道加工、检验工序整合到一台弹头自动装配机上,大幅提高了弹头的装配生产效率和自动一体化程度.结果表明:运用该技术能提高弹头的制造效率,减少生产成本,提升产品质量,产生更大的经济效益和社会效益.
Abstract：Inordertosolvetheproblemsofcommonbulletprocessing,suchastoomanyformingprocesses,lowdegreeofproductionautomation,toomanyequipmentandpersonnel,theresearchontheintegrationofautomaticassemblyofcommonbulletiscarriedout.Afteranalyzingandresearchingthecompositionstructureofthewarhead,theexistingwarheadassemblyprocessandvarioustechnicalproblems,thestructureunitandthecorrespondingcontrolsystemoftheautomaticwarheadassemblymachinearedesigned,andsixprocessingandinspectionprocessesareintegratedintooneautomaticwarheadassemblymachine,whichgreatlyimprovestheassemblyproductionefficiencyandautomaticintegrationdegreeofthewarhead.Theresultsshowthatthetechnologycanimprovethemanufacturingefficiencyofthewarhead,reducetheproductioncost,improvetheproductquality,andproducegreatereconomicandsocialbenefits.
