摘要：广播电视是现代社会发展过程中实现信息传播的重要渠道,也是目前主流媒体的重要组成部分.但是,近年超高清电视和网络电视的普及,给广播电视造成了较大冲击.网络中非法信号的影响加剧,导致广播电视的安全播出受到了较大威胁,需要相关技术人员提高重视,加强对电视播出系统的安全监测,以便可以保障电视节目的顺利播出.基于此,研究广播电视安全播出监测系统的设计,以期能够为广播电视行业的安全、稳定发展提供坚实的技术保障.
Abstract：Radioandtelevisionisanimportantchannelofinformationcommunicationinthedevelopmentofmodernsociety,andalsoanimportantpartofthemainstreammedia.Butthespreadofultra-high-definitiontelevisionandcross-networktelevisioninrecentyearshasalsohadamajorimpactonradioandtelevision,especiallyastheinfluenceofillegalsignalsontheInternethasgraduallyintensified,therefore,itisnecessarytopaymoreattentiontothesecuritymonitoringofthebroadcastingsystemsoastoensurethesmoothbroadcastingoftelevisionprograms.Basedonthis,thispaperstudiesthedesignofthebroadcastingmonitoringsystem,inordertoprovideasolidtechnicalguaranteeforthesafeandstabledevelopmentofthebroadcastingindustry.
