河北某萤石矿重浮联合选矿试验研究

摘要：为实现河北某萤石矿的清洁高效利用,在矿石性质研究基础上,开展重-浮联合选矿试验研究.结果表明,采用洗矿筛分-块矿重介质浅槽分选-粉矿重介质旋流器分选-中矿磨矿浮选工艺可获得较好的选别指标,块矿经重介质浅槽分选可获得CaF2品位为81.63%、回收率为35.80%的块精矿,粉矿经重介质旋流器分选可获得CaF2品位为92.61%、回收率为14.21%的粉精矿,中矿经磨矿浮选可获得CaF2品位为96.50%以上的酸级精矿,其可浮性与原矿可浮性相近.研究结果对同类萤石矿资源的清洁高效利用具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract：InordertorealizethecleanandefficientutilizationofafluorsparmineinHebei,basedonthepropertiesstudyoftheore,wecarriedouttheexperimentalstudyofgravityseparation-flotationjointbeneficiation.Theresultsshowthatundertheprocessofraworewashingandscreening-heavymediashallowtroughseparationoflumpore-heavymediacycloneseparationofpowderore-middllingsflotationaftermilling,wecanobtainbetterseparationindex.Thelumporecanobtainthelumpconcentratewith81.63%CaF2gradeand35.80%recoveryratebyheavymediashallowtroughseparation,thepowderorecanobtainpowderconcentratewith92.61%CaF2gradeand14.21%recoveryratebyheavymediacycloneseparation,themiddllingscanobtainacidconcentratewithgrademorethan96.50%byflotation,anditsfloatabilityissimilartothatoftherawore.Thisstudyhascertainguidingsignificanceforthecleanandefficientutilizationofsimilarfluoriteoreresources.
