摘要：随着湖北省高速路网不断完善而造成餐厨垃圾持续增长,已对交通行业污染防控产生巨大压力.通过调查湖北省的7条高速公路26对服务区的餐厨垃圾产生情况、收运方式、排放去向和处理现状剖析了服务区餐厨垃圾处置和管理中存在政策管理不完善、收运处置不规范、技术水平亟待提升,源头减量化和产品资源化重视程度不足等主要问题.梳理国内外文献及报道,对比分析了餐厨垃圾管理模式及处置技术,提出"预处理+微生物降解"处置工艺为服务区餐厨垃圾的处置提供参考,以期为规范湖北省高速公路服务区餐厨垃圾的处置及管理提供对策.
Abstract：ThecontinuousincreaseoffoodwastehadputgreatpressureonthepollutionpreventionandcontrolofthetransportationindustrywiththecontinuouscoverageoftheexpresswaynetworkinHubei.Toinvestigatetheproduction,collectionandtransportation,dischargedirectionandtreatmentstatusoffoodwastein26serviceareasof7expresswaysinHubei,thepaperanalyzedthemainproblemsinthedisposalandmanagementoffoodwasteintheservicearea,suchasimperfectpolicymanagement,non-standardcollectionanddisposal.It'surgenttoimprovethetechnicallevel,sourcereductionandinsufficientattentiontoproductresources.Bycombingdomesticandforeignliteratureandreports,themanagementmodeanddisposaltechnologyofkitchenwastewerecomparedandanalyzed.Thispa-perproposedthedisposalprocessof"pretreatment+microbialdegradation"toprovideareferenceforthedisposalofkitchenwasteinserviceareas,inordertoprovidecountermeasuresforstandardizingthedisposalandmanagementoffoodwasteinexpresswayserviceareasinHubei.
