火灾事故对森林土壤微生物生物量的影响研究

摘要：火灾事故会改变土壤环境的理化性质,破坏土壤环境的固有平衡,故提出火灾事故对森林土壤微生物生物量的影响分析研究.选取研究区域,设计实验地火灾事故情况(轻度、中度与重度),制定土壤样品采集程序,采用稀释平板法测定土壤微生物数量,利用熏蒸提取-容量分析法测定土壤微生物生物量碳含量、氮含量.测定结果:随着火灾事故程度的增加,土壤微生物数量呈现逐渐下降的趋势,碳含量、氮含量均呈现逐渐增加的趋势;随着土壤恢复年限的增加,微生物数量、碳含量与氮含量均呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势.
Abstract：Fireaccidentscanalterthephysicochemicalpropertiesofsoilenvironmentanddisrupttheinherentbalanceofsoilenvi-ronment.Therefore,ananalysisandresearchontheimpactoffireaccidentsonforestsoilmicrobialbiomassisproposed.Theresearchselectstheresearchareatodesignexperimentalsitefireaccidents(mild,moderate,andsevere).Itdevelopssoilsamplecollectionproce-duresbyusingdilutionplatemethodtodeterminesoilmicrobialquantity.Fumigationextractioncapacityanalysismethodisusedtodeter-minesoilmicrobialbiomasscarboncontentandnitrogencontent.Asthedegreeoffireaccidentsincreases,thenumberofsoilmicroorgan-ismsshowsagraduallydecreasingtrend,whilethecarbonandnitrogencontentbothshowagraduallyincreasingtrend.Withtheincreaseofsoilrestorationyears,thenumberofmicroorganisms,carboncontent,andnitrogencontentallshowatrendoffirstdecreasingandthenincreasing.
