基板玻璃端面加工技术概述及常见缺陷对策

摘要：为满足产品代次需要及产线工艺要求,液晶基板玻璃加工企业需要选用不同的端面加工技术,并不断升级换代.本文系统地总结适用于基板玻璃端面加工的技术分类,分析关键材料和工艺调整对加工产品质量的影响.分析结果表明,在端面加工研磨过程中,金刚石磨轮的粒度对研磨粗糙度起到决定性的作用.调整生产工艺参数,提出有针对性的改进缺陷的方法,对提高产品质量有重要意义.
Abstract：BasedontheneedsofprocessinggenerationandcharacteristicsintheautomaticprocessinglineofLCDsubstrateglass,theenterpriseshaveselectedtheirownappropriateendfaceprocessingtechnologies,continuouslyupgradedandimprovedproductioncapacity.Systematicallydiscussedthedifferentclassificationsofendfaceprocessingtechnologiesapplicabletothefieldofsubstrateglassprocessing,theeffectsofkeymaterialsonprocessingquality,andtheresearchandexplorationoftheinfluencesofadjustmentofprocessingparametersonprocessingquality.Asaresult,induringthegrindingprocess,thegrindingwheelservesasakeymaterial,andthediamondparticlesizeplaysadecisiveroleintheroughnessofthefinishedsubstrates.Inaddition,theadjustmentofprocessingparametersandtheresolutionofdefectproblemsinproductionalsohavesignificanteffectsonprocessingquality.
