基于双碳目标的售电企业节能改造服务策略研究

摘要：为解决当下能源供应与能源需求匹配度差、传统化学燃料污染排放量大等生态保护问题,我国坚持走能源转型发展道路,建设适应高占比可再生能源发展的电力系统已加速提上日程.为此,从减少煤炭燃料资源使用量出发,提出售电公司进行节能改造,推出"煤改电"增值服务的基本理念.首先,考虑设备购置、工程施工、日常运维等多项费用,对"煤改电"节能改造成本进行全面核算;然后,分析了"煤改电"节能改造给售电公司以及客户带来的效益;最后,通过算例对所提节能改造服务的可行性进行验证,结果表明"煤改电"节能改造方案能够有效减少碳排放量,在减少了用电成本的同时,又能极大地提升用电产值,对"双碳"目标的实现具有一定意义.
Abstract：Inordertosolvetheproblemsofecologicalprotection,suchasthepoormatchbetweenenergysupplyandenergydemand,andthehighemissionofpollutionfromtraditionalchemicalfuels,Chinastickstothepathofenergytransformationandacceleratestheconstructionofapowersystemthatcanadapttothedevelopmentofhighproportionofrenewableenergy.Therefore,startingfromreducingtheconsumptionofcoalfuelresources,thispaperputsforwardthebasicconceptofenergysavingtransformationandvalue-addedserviceof"coaltoelectricity".Firstofall,consideringtheequipmentpurchase,engineeringconstruction,dailyoperationandmaintenanceandotherexpenses,theenergysavingtransformationcostofcoaltoelectricityiscomprehensivelyaccountedfor.Then,thepaperanalyzesthebenefitsofenergysavingtransformationfromcoaltoelectricitytoelectricitysellingcompaniesandcustomers.Finally,thefeasibilityoftheproposedenergy-savingtransformationserviceisverifiedbyanumericalexample.Theresultsshowthattheenergy-savingtransformationschemeof"coaltoelectricity"caneffectivelyreducecarbonemissions,reducetheelectricitycostandgreatlyimprovetheelectricityoutputvalue,whichhasacertainsignificancefortherealizationofthedual-carbongoal.
