基于项目邻域协同过滤的音乐推荐系统实现

摘要：针对现有音乐作品数量呈爆发式增长且种类庞杂不易筛选等问题,提出基于项目邻域协同过滤算法实现的音乐推荐系统.该系统基于MillionSongDatasets数据集进行测试,通过数据清洗、数据集成、数据规约得到预处理样本子集,然后通过构造相似度矩阵,计算用户对未知项目的偏好兴趣度以及TOP-N排序完成推荐.实验选取一定数量用户,随机删除用户历史听歌记录,对系统健壮性进行测试,结果表明,设计的音乐推荐系统能够较好地完成推荐任务,具有一定的推广和应用价值.
Abstract：Aimingattheproblemssuchastheexplosivegrowthofthenumberofexistingmusicworksandthedifficultyofscreeningthevariety,thispaperproposesamusicrecommendationsystembasedontheprojectneighborhoodcollaborativefilteringalgorithm.BasedonthedatasetofMillionSongDatasets,thesystemwastested.Thepre-processedsamplesubsetwasobtainedthroughdatacleaning,dataintegrationanddataprotocol.Then,thesimilaritymatrixwasconstructedtocalculatetheuser'spreferenceforunknownitemsandtheTOP-Nrankingtocompletetherecommendation.Theexperimentselectsacertainnumberofusers,randomlydeletestheusers'historicallisteningrecords,andteststherobustnessofthesystem.Theresultsshowthatthedesignedmusicrecommendationsystemcancompletetherecommendationtaskwell,andhascertainpromotionandapplicationvalue.
